- Description
- 1. The Government intends to award a single firm, fixed price contract from this solicitation for the Defense Language Institute (DLI) located Presidio of Monterey, California. This contract has a contract period of 30 September 2009 through 29 September 2010. 2. The Scope of Work under this Services contract will be for the successful offeror (Contractor) to conduct standard setting studies for six (6) tests for six (6) languages. 3. Initial languages to be provided by the Contractor are (1) Modern Standard Arabic and; (2) Spanish. The remaining four (4) standard setting studies for the additional languages shall be determined after initial languages studies (Modern Standard Arabic and Spanish) are submitted by the Contractor. 4. The magnitude of this contract is estimated to be between $250,000 and $500,000. 5. Prior to a contractor receiving an award as a result of this solicitation, you must be registered and have an active, valid registration in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR). To obtain information on CCR and/or to register with CCR, visit their web site at http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors are further advised that failure to register in the DOD Central Registration Database will render your firm ineligible for award. Registration requires applicants to have a DUNS number. It is the Offerors responsibility that all offers submitted, regardless of method of submission, are received in this office prior to the time and date for receipt of the offer. 7.
