- Solicitation number had changed from SPM4A709R1606 to SPM4A710R0009. BSM PR 0023721491. This is a Firm Fixed Price Contract solicitation for one NSN. This solicitation will consist of the following NSN: 1560-01-387-9134, Rail, Airframe, Aircraft, IAW AAR Manufacturing, Inc. part number 18049J106. FOB Destination. This is not a Critical Safety Item. It is a stock buy. Destination Inspection is required. Requested delivery is 145 days ARO or best possible for the production units. This procurement is being solicited as an Unrestricted procurement. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. Other than Full and Open competition applies. This is a Critical Application item. Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
