- ****ATTENTION****ALL FORMAL COMMUNICATION RELATED TO THIS ACQUISITION MUST BE DIRECTED TO Darryl Wright, Contract Specialist, email: darryl.wright2@us.army.mil. No telephone calls will be accepted. PRON: AX9F0842AX, NOUN: Valve, Vent, NSN: 4820-01-189-1624; P/N: 3501774-3; Min Quantity 500 each; Maximum Qty 3000 each on a firm fixed price five-year Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract applicable to UH-60 with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. Required delivery is 500 each 275 Days After Contract Award (DACA) and up to 625 each year until contract completion. This requirement is restricted to Honeywell International Inc. (CAGE: 59364) because the rights to use the data needed to purchase this part from additional source(s) is not owned by the Government and cannot be purchased, developed or otherwise obtained. Adequate technical data is not available for this acquisition. All offerors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to compete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under Standard Aviation and Missile Source Approval Request (SAMSAR). All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release for solicitation; however, the solicitation will not close prior to the date stated above. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies.
