- NSN 1650-00-996-2744, PR: 0023427446. Item: Crank, Linear Actuat P/N: 2-43227-501. The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: GE Aviations Systems LLC (CAGE 60029) P/N 2-43227-501, Skyspares Parts, Inc (CAGE 6M132) P/N 2-43227-501 or Northrop Grumman Systems (CAGE 76823) P/N 2-43227-501. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is suitable for competitive acquisition, however requires engineering source approval by the design control activity. Any manufacturer, other than GE Aviations Systems LLC ( CAGE 60029) P/N 2-43227-501, Skyspares Parts, Inc (CAGE 6M132) P/N 2-43227-501 or Northrop Grumman Systems (CAGE 76823) P/N 2-43227-501, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 417 each. This item is subject to Export Control, Critical Application Item and Configuration Control. Government First Artictle Testing and Production Lot Testing applies. The First Article is due 90 days from date of award. Production line item delivery is 269 days after first article acceptance. FOB is Destination; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) apply. Price and ABVS score will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be October 15, 2009 with a closing date of November 16, 2009. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
