- The Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation (PBGC) has an immediate need for investment management services. The PBGC assumed trusteeship of the former Delphi Pension Plans that were managed by Promark Global Advisors and held in a globally diversified portfolio. The PBGC intends to make a sole-source award to Promark Global Advisors, 767 Fifth Avenue, New York, NY 10153. Promark will provide the PBGC with investment management services for the former Delphi plan assets held in Promark custodial accounts, investment partnerships, or other investment vehicles. Combining institutional asset management and experience, Promark has the required institutional knowledge to support these required services without unacceptable interruption of service. Interested parties may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service via email to Trott.Debra@pbgc.gov no later than 11:00 AM October 2, 2009, which may be considered by the agency for purposes of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Capability statements shall not exceed 3 pages in length. This is not a solicitation but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued.
