- The Department of Veterans Affair, VISN 7, Augusta GA intends to negotiate sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, Johnson & Johnson for a maintenance service agreement on the Advanced Sterilization equipment at the VA Medical Center, Atlanta, GA. The NAICS code is 811212 and size standard is $25.0 million. Johnson & Johnson has proprietary ownership of software. The contract period will be from October 2, 2009 through September 30, 2010. This Notice of intent is Not a REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability by submitting literature and documentation, detailing their experience in providing these services, to the Contracting Specialist via email or fax at 478-274-5616. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
