- JA SUN Bill of Materials FA8604-09-Q-7061 SOLICITATION NUMBER This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Request for Quotation (RFQ) number is FA8604-09-Q-7061. This solicitation and incorporated clauses/provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-36, Effective 11 Aug 2009, Class Deviation 2005-o0001 and DFARS Current to DCN 20090825 Edition. This solicitation incorporates the following clauses either by reference or full text: Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 52.219-28, 52.222-50, 52.223-16 Department of Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation (DFARS) 252.204-7004, 252.232-7003, 252.232-7010 Air Force FAR Supplement (AFFARS) 5352.201-9101 Ombudsman Fill-in for Ombudsman: Howard E. Marks Jr., Chief, Acquisition Center of Excellence, Aeronautical Systems Center, 1755 11th St, Bldg 570, Room 101, Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433-7404, howard.marks@wpafb.af.mil, Voice Number: 937-255-8642 (DSN 785-8642) Fax Number: 937-656-7193 (DSN 986-7193) This solicitation is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside The Offeror shall provide a quote (unit, extended, and total price) for all items list in the attached Bill of Materials (BOM). Please note if manufacturer requires a license agreement to be signed by government, the terms and conditions of that agreement are required to be in compliance with all Federal Laws, Statutes, and the Federal Acquisition Regulation. Therefore, please modify accordingly and submit with your quote. Offeror must quote on all items to considered a responsive, complete quote. Delivery schedule is thirty (30) days after receipt of order. Delivery is FOB Destination. The ship to address is Wright-Patterson AFB, OH. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. Quotes shall be sent to Denise Smith by email at denise.smith2@wpafb.af.mil no later than 4:00 PM EST, TODAY, 30 Sep, 2009.
