- This Special Notice is being posted to cancel in its entirety solicitation number VA-776-09-RA-0185 - Solar Powered Photovoltaic (PV) System at the Calverton National Cemetery, Calverton, NY. Although this solicitation is being cancelled the requirement still exists. The VA National Energy Business Center was unable to obtain the necessary resources to meet the requirements for this project utilizing the Federal Supply Schedule and will pursue this project in the near future via other means.
