- RECOVERY - HR CULTURAL INVENTORIES WITHIN UPPER Missouri River NATIONAL MONUMENT. THIS PROJECT IS FUNDED FROM THE AMERICAN RECOVERY REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) OF 2009. Bureau of Land Management (BLM) intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to award a multi-year Purchase Order designed to complete Class III inventory of portions of the Monument. The focus of this project is gather information on areas in the Breaks and uplands that have an unknown probability for containing historic properties. The project area is located within the administrative boundary of the Upper Missouri River Breaks National Monument near Zortman, Montana in Phillips County. The Solicitation is tentatively scheduled to be available on or around October 9, 2009 at https://www.fedconnect.net/FedConnect. No hard copies of the solicitation will be issued. The receipt of quotes is tentatively scheduled for November 9, 2009. All reasonable sources may submit a quote. Please check the solicitation for all required documentation to be submitted. The North American Industrial Classification Code is 541370. The small business standard is $4.5 million. This is a total small business set-aside. The price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Prospective contractors are required to be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) and Online Representations and Certifications must be completed online in order to be considered for award.
