- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Furnish and delivery two each 900 gallon per hour (15 GPM) portable oil purifier and 6 replacement filters for Mountain Home Project Office, Norfork Powerhouse and Bull Shoals Power Plant, as specified in the attached documents. This acquisition is being advertised Unrestricted under the designated NAICS code 333319 or 333999. This acquisition is subject to the Buy American Act.
