- You are hereby informed that the date for receipt of proposals has been changed to October 16, 2009, by close of business, 4:00pm. Also reference is made to page 8, Para. 7: Replace entire current text with the following: 7. Contractor may transport all regulated medical waste from each site at Hot Springs, Fort Meade and Rapid City, SD to a permitted disposal site. Treatment of regulated medical waste shall be performed within 15 calendar days of pick up.
