- BPA-6FLS-J6-096650-I issuing with 40 NSN's BPA 6FLS-J6-096650-I for miscellaneous 5120'S posting September 30, 2009, and closing on November 2, 2009. PLEASE send (email, mail or fax) the ENTIRE BPA solicitation package that has been thoroughly reviewed and filled out. This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contains 40 (SOP) National Stock Numbers (NSN's). The period of this BPA will be for 5 years, beginning on 1/1/2010 or date of award, through 12/31/2014 (or 5 years from date of award). The 40 items are In Accordance With (IAW) various technical descriptions, ASME's, Specifications and brand names and/or equals. This solicitation is unrestricted, BOTH small and large businesses may submit offers. See Item Purchase Descriptions (IPD'S) /Schedule Items for Individual NSN requirements. Delivery will be 30 DARO and FOB destination (freight is included in the price of the items). This BPA is available on the Federal Business Opportunities Internet website: http://fedbizopps.gov. Please place your offers in the offer schedule that precedes the Item Purchase Descriptions. Interested parties are responsible for downloading the BPA and returning to the address specified.
