- Attachment to Solicitation document, CDRLs Solicitation Document This BAA is soliciting proposals for the Air Vehicles Directorate Short Term Aerospace Research and Development Program (STAR-DP) Contract. The objective of the STAR-DP effort is to provide short term research and development in AFRL/RB key technology areas for the Air Vehicles Directorate, Air Force Research Laboratory, Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. Once operational, "short turnaround" cycle time is considered to be task initiation less than 21 calendar days following contractor receipt of the request for work. This effort covers four key technology areas: aeronautical sciences, structural sciences, control sciences and vehicle integration. Offeror's capability in the technology disciplines listed above should extend across all speed ranges and vehicle types from micro air vehicles flying at very slow speeds to space operational vehicles flying at hypersonic speeds.
