- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YU009T0097. The Western Regional Contracting Office intends to award on a sole source basis, a contract for Operation, Monitoring, Maintenance and Repair of the Cerner Corporation OMS System located at Madigan Army Medical Center, Tacoma, WA for a one year performance period under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The Western Regional Contracting Office intends to make a sole source contract award to. The proposed action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a proposal. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five (45) days after the date of this publication will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement in the future.
