- FISC Norfolk Philadelphia Contracting Office intends to purchase conference space and accommodations for the Bright Star 09-10 CPX held from 10-27 Oct 2009 on a competitive basis in accordance with the procedures contained in FAR Part 13 as supplemented by the procedures of FAR Part 12. Fifty-two single rooms are needed for check-in on Oct 10, 2009 and check-out on Oct 27, 2009, an operational room is needed beginning Oct 10, 2009 through Oct 27, 2009, and special dietary needs must be met for conference attendees. A statement of work is attached to this announcement. The applicable NAICS code is 711210. All responsible sources may submit a proposal that shall be considered.
