Description
U.S. Army, Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) intends to solicit for the Hewlett Packard LoadRunner Software Maintenance Support for the Defense Acquisition University on a sole source basis under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b) Soliciting competition, Soliciting from a single source to Spectrum Systems, Inc., 11325 Random Hills Rd, Suite 600, Fairfax, VA 22030. This procurement is an annual renewal of technical maintenance support to extend the current service level of highly specialized software. This original contract award (W91QV1-08-F-0094) was made with Spectrum Systems, as this procurement would be a follow-on renewal contract. The selected NAICS code is 423430, Computer and Computer Peripheral Equipment and Software Merchant Wholesalers, with size standard in number of employees of 100. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether conducting a competitive procurement is in the best interest of the Government. Interested parties may identify their capabilities by responding in writing to stephenie.w.charlot@us.army.mil. Responses must provide clear and concise documentation indicating an offerors bona fide capability to provide these items. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses may be submitted via email if the total file size is less than 2MB. All information submitted should support the offerors capability to provide the items required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
