- Request for Quote SF18 100% Set-Aside for Small Business Concern. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Exception in accordance with FAR 5.202(a)(13). It is the intent of General Services Administration to synopsis/solicit, REQUEST FOR QUOTES, for award of a Service Requirement (Purchase Order) for a contractor to furnish all supervision, labor, materials, supplies, cartons, packaging and equipment to perform all work related to moving the Spokane Social Security Administration (SSA) Field Office, office files and equipment from 811 East Sprague to the Iron Bridge III Building, located at 714 N. Iron Bridge Way, Spokane WA 99202 in strict accordance with the scope of work (see Section C). The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) code is 484210. The Solicitation and Scope of Work is attached to this notice. Work associated with this request is subject to the Service Contract Act and the U.S. Department of Labor Wage Decision is within the solicitation. This Requirement is under the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. Requirement will be published on www.fedbizopps.com and solicitations can be responded to electronically from GSA, Eastern Service Center, Attn: Daniel.brazell@gsa.gov. A one-time site visit has been scheduled for Friday, 2 October 2009, at 10:00 am. (PST) at the office located at 811 Sprague E. Ave, Ste. A, Spokane WA 99202. The GSA Project Manager is: Mr. Steve L. Herrmann at phone: (509) 353-0798. The GSA Contracting Officer is: Mr. Daniel S. Brazell at phone: (509) 353-0572 The scheduled date of the move is the weekend of October 16, 2009 (see Schedule - Scope of Work). All work must be finish by Sunday, 18 October 2009. The successful contractor shall provide a copy of certificate of liability insurance and proof of bonding, after award. Moving boxes and cartons will be provided to SSA at least two (2) days after award of contract, or as requested by the agency coordinator. The Service Contract Act is applicable (See Section H) Quotes are due back to the Contracting Officer (Mr. Daniel S. Brazell) at GSA/ESC, 904 W. Riverside Ave, Room 135, Spokane WA 99201, Not Later Than Monday, 5 October 2009, 12:01 Noon (PST). Quotes can be mailed, faxed to #509-353-2413, emailed to Daniel.brazell@gsa.gov or hand delivered. Anticipated award date is Not Later Than: 6 October 2009. Contractors interested in submitting an offer shall complete this Schedule (Page 2) of this Form (SF18), and Section K. Contractor must be registered in the Central Contractors Registration Database (CCR) to be eligible for Contract Award. Contractors may register at no cost in CCR by going to www.ccr.gov. This procurement is being set-aside 100% for Small Business Concerns - all responsible sources submitting an offer will be considered. No Payment and Performance Bonds are required. The solicitation #GS-10P-09-XC-P-0105 is hereby issued with this notice. Offers are due on Monday, 5 October 2009 by 12:01 Noon (PST) - Not Close of Business as stated on the SF18, block #10. Anticipated date of award is Not Late Than 6 October 2009. To be eligible for award, contractor must be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://wwww.ccr.gov. Request for Quote SF18 will be furnished to all interested parties by mail or email. All requests shall be submitted on the company's official letterhead and submitted to: General Services Administration, Attn: Daniel Brazell, 904 W.
