Caleb Boggs Courthouse and Federal Building, located in Wilmington, Delaware, is a 1970s era structure with six-stories, plus one level below grade. The 180,000 gross square ft. building is comprised of a reinforced concrete frame, with the exterior consisting of pre-cast concrete panels above the first floor and limestone veneer on the lower levels.
