- Dry Ice for Guard Reserve Sales in Chattanooga, TN. Fort Gillem Commissary will host several guard reserve sales for the Tennessee Army National Guard. The Period of Performance March 26, 2010 - December 12, 2010. This Request for Quotation (RFQ) will be issued on or about October 7, 2009, with a tentative closing date of October 22, 2009. The anticipated award date will be November 23, 2009. This procurement is being issued as Unrestricted. The North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) 312113 and the business size standard is 1,000 employees. This RFQ will be available on www.fedbizopps.gov under ODA (Other Defense Agencies). Potential offerors are encouraged to use this web site to obtain a copy of this RFQ.
