The purpose of this notification is to announce the modification of U.S. Geological Survey Contract G09PC00129 which provides for technical support for Improvement in Access and Delivery of Rare and Endangered Species and Ecosystem Information. The action may be awarded without full and open competition under 41 U.S.C. 253(c) as implemented in FAR 6.302-3, "Industrial mobilization; engineering, developmental, or research capability; or expert services." Contract award date was September 23, 2009.
