- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PL09-D-0078-0001. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL. Firm Fixed Price Task Order for Quality Assurance Services at Port of Los Angeles. Contractor: W912PL-09-D-0078-0001, Eco & Associates, Orange, CA The assistance shall include such tasks as attending weekly Quality Assurance/Quality Control coordination and progress meetings, log in, review and distribute Construciton Contractor submittals, provide support for preparing monthly reports and status briefing materials, provide Quality Assurance surveillance of the construction; prepare Quality Assurance Daily Reports, and attend various other meetings and updates as required throughout the project.
