- J&A The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to modify contract HE1254-07-C-0015 for accreditation services for all DoDEA schools. This is a sole source modification to contract with NCA Commission on Accreditation and Schools to increase the length of the individual Quality Assurance Review (QAR) visits to all the schools by one day, from a two day visit, to a three day visit.
