- This is a presolicitation notice for commercial items in accordance with FAR Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. VISN 04 has a requirement to provide Bread and Bakery products for 10 VA Medical Centers located throughout Pennsylvania, one (1) facility in Delaware and one (1) facility in West Virginia. The contract period will begin o/a 09/01/2009 through 08/31/2010 with two (2) one-year renewal options all subject to the availability of funds.
