- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912HN-07-D-0012. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Savannah District, intends to issue a Task Order using American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) under existing contract number W912HN-07-D-0012. This contract was awarded using an 8(a) direct award which resulted in the award of a fixed price indefinite quantity indefinite delivery contract. Sediment Removal Wilkerson Lake and Lane Avenue, Ft. Gordon, Georgia. The main objective of the project is to remove as much sediment as possible from the lakes while avoiding impacts to adjacent wetland areas and provide recommendations to offset erosion impacts to the lakes. A second objective is to develop an integrated recreation plan for Wilkerson Lake to enhance the overall recreational experience of those visiting the lake.
