- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CONTRACT NO. W9127N-08-D-0004. Portland District Corps of Engineers issued a task order Modification 02 using recovery act funding for Contract No. W9127N-08-D-0004, Task Order 0011, awarded to Thomas/Wright, Inc., for previously added CLINs for work specifically funded under ARRA for quality assurance services.
