N62473-08-D-8661 The work includes, but is not limited to, Exterior Lighting and 0.125 GPF Urinal Replacement. Install one-pint(0.125 gpf)urinals in replace of old, outdated, and more recent, high-water usage (one-gallon or more) urinals and flush valves with new,one-pint flush urinals with sensor-controlled flush valves.These urinals use 1/8th the volume of a standard one-gallon flush fixture. The overall goal of this project is waterconservation. This project will also replace existing, deteriorated, outdated lighting fixtures with new, utilizing fixturesequipped with the latest lighting technologies (pulse-start metal halide, induction and LED systems). Installation of these new light fixtures will not only save considerable energy (more energy efficient), but will result in lessmaintenance costs, due to their longer lamp life and newer electrical components, better color rendition (white light),and in most cases, instant start (with induction and LEDfixtures).
