- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W911N209R0091. This proposed contract will be for the purchase of a CNC ROTARY-DRAW TUBE BENDER, Winton Model # RD50 CNC ROTARY-DRAW TUBE BENDER or approved equivalent for Letterkenny Army Depot (LEAD), Chambersburg, PA. The Solicitation documents will define the technical and performance requirements, and include the delivery, turnkey installation and training requirements. The Rotary-Draw Tube Bender shall be capable of bending: to 2.00OD x 0.109 (50mm x 2.75mm) wall or greater, mild steel; to 2.00OD x 0.065 (50mm x 1.65mm) wall or greater, stainless steel; to 2.00OD x 0.012 (50 mm x 3.00 mm) wall or greater, aluminum; to 2.125OD x 0.083 (53mm x 2.10mm) wall or greater, copper; All equipment and components shall be of industry standard use; and shall be in stock or producible within a reasonable period of time. All parts and materials used in the manufacture of this equipment shall be new and unused. All parts and mechanisms subject to periodic adjustments, or servicing shall be readily accessible. All details, specifications, and drawings will be in the solicitation document.
