- This contract action was accomplished using other than competitive procedures because this is a task/delivery order where an exception to fair opportunity requirements was approved due to only one source being available (FAR 8.405-6(b)(1) or 16.505(b)(2)(ii)). Award to JSR, Inc (DUNS 133308283), as an 8(a) sole source set-aside, task order W9126G-09-D-0022-0007. The work to be performed is to repair approximately 2000 linear-feet of 24 sanitary sewer lines along Gary Avenue. This project will repair and replace the existing sewer lines to upgrade critical infrastructure on the installation in support of training missions. This action is for Lackland Air Force Base, San Antonio, Texas.
