- THIS REQUIREMENT IS FULL AND OPEN COMPEITION. The FAA, Eastern Logistics Service Area, has a requirement for replacing a roof at the Air Route Traffic Control Center (ARTCC), Memphis, TN. Replace 11,700 square foot of existing roof system with a Thermoplastic Polyolefin membrane roofing system including Lightning Protection. The replacement will be for roof: E, J, K, and M of the Administration Wing Building. Remove existing lightning protection and remove existing security lights associated with branch circuits and conduits back to source. Install new lightning protection and install new security lights, branch circuits and conduit for the area with all work in accordance with applicable specifications and drawings.
