- This posting constitutes the United States Military Academy's notice of intent to award on a sole source basis a purchase order to National Research Center for College and University Admissions (NCURRA), 3651 NE Ralph Powell Road, Lee's Summit, MO 64064, to provide the USMA Admissions Office student name database access for student recruitment purposes. The award amount is estimated to be $86,835.00. The statutory authority for other than full and open competition is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement. The applicable NAICS Code is 611710 and the size standard is $7M. This notice of intent is not a request for quotation or a solicitation of offers. See Numbered Note 22. Insert two days in lieu of 45 days. A determination by the Government not to compete this requirement upon receipt of response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. There will be no solicitation available.
