- RECOVERY- PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR UNDER BBIX, LLC. (DUNS 069285935) Contract W912WJ-09-D-0007 - Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract for Architect/Engineering Services for Various Locations within the Corps of Engineers North Atlantic Division Boundaries. The U.S Army Corps of Engineers, New England District is soliciting the existing IDIQ contractor, BBIX, LLC. is to obtain Professional Land Surveying Services for: defining the boundary lines for the areas (A & B) shown on the Site Location and Description Plan and the multiple land acquisitions located within the Plan Typical metes and bounds surveys and legal metes and bounds descriptions are required for securing the individual land acquisition of Tracts 101, 102, 103 and 104, each of which is part or all of Tax Parcels 46, 49, 50 and 51 respectively. The contractors research may establish that a portion of Tax Parcel 39 as amended in 2004 also falls within the assembled construction envelope. In this event, Tract 105 as a portion of Lot 39 must be established as well. The Contractors research MAY establish that a portion of an Unnumbered Parcel called Mr. Andersons garden also falls within the assembled construction envelope. In the event, Tract 106 must be established, labeled, devised consistent with this scope-of-work as well. This assembled land site will in turn be developed for the (CBP) for constructing a new Land Port of Entry Facility.
