- This opportunity was available only to Chugach Government Services under contract number DOLJ09SA00003. The Office of the Assistant Secretary for Administration and Management on behalf of the Office of Job Corps intended to award a contract modification in the amount of $664.00 to the Alaska Job Corps Center operated by Chugach Government Services. These funds are provided under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA). The funding is intended for center operations (Ed Services CTT). The operator of the Alaska Job Corps Center will procure the services of local providers by making these funds available through subcontracting opportunities following all applicable FAR procurement regulations. The funding is within the not-to-exceed ceiling on this contract. It would be impracticable to use a fixed price contract to secure services of the kind or quality required for this modification since the modification is to an existing cost plus incentive fee contract (cost-reimbursement contract).
