- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912DQ-08-C-0008-P00023. The purpose of this modification is to address damaged areas immediately downstream of the current work. This downstream reach of the river has eroded and scoured extensively over time and needs to be repaired in order to provide a smooth and stable transition into the current work. Failure to repair the transition area could adversely impact the project.
