- RECOVERY--THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W912PL-08-D-0082-0003. A.Statement of Work. The contractor shall furnish all labor, material, equipment, supervision, transportation, permits, fees, licenses, and all else necessary as required in connection with Base Wide EMCS, at Ft. Huachuca, Arizona. B.Specific. The Contractor shall perform/provide the following 1. Inspect the local HVAC controls that interface or should interface with base wide EMCS systems in buildings 53301, 53302, 53320, 53321, 61730, 61801 JCI/Circon, 61801 Distech, 61809, 62701, 62702, 62704, 62722, 63845, 63901, 72805, 75801, 75805, 80305, 80501, 80503, 80504, 80505, 81305, 81306, 81401, 81405, 81406, 82501, 82505, 61701, 62703, 63902, 63920, 62711. Determine what existing local controls are in place and if they are functioning properly. Determine required repairs to make the system fully functional. Determine what is necessary to allow installation of network interface cards. Determine what is necessary to tie the local control systems into the Base Wide EMCS and what modifications to the Base Wide system software is required to accomplish this. Work plan shall indicate what repairs to local controls, network interface cards, new points, are required to tie the system into the Base Wide EMCS and LNS database. To the maximum extent possible all work will conform to UFGS 15951 and 13801, exceptions for legacy system integration will be on case by case basis. 2. Based on inspection and investigation of specified buildings, develop a Work Plan to provide for repair and/or replacement of all failed components in the HVAC systems. Verify all site specific conditions in connection with this work. Work Plan shall include the provisions for all necessary labor and equipment to accomplish the refurbishment. Work Plan shall be a written narrative, to include a table of contents; scope of work, a detailed description of the methods and procedures of construction/repair/replacement as required. Includes shop drawings, sketches, calculations, catalog cuts etc. to accurately reflect the planned recommendations for repair. 3. Perform recommended repairs, after Government review of recommendations, in seven (7) buildings; Bldg # 53301, 53302, 62711, 80505, 81501, 81502, 63845. All Work shall be performed in accordance with the Unified Facilities Guide Specifications (UFGS) per your basic contract, Occupation Safety and Health Requirements (29 CFR 1910 and 1926), US Army Corps of Engineers Safety and Health Requirements Manual (EM 385-1-1), latest edition of UFC-3-400-01 Design: Energy Conservation, UFGS 15951 and 13801. All applicable state and local codes shall be followed. In the event of a conflict in the Codes and Regulations the more Restrictive requirement(s) shall govern.
