- Sole Source Justification This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F3Z4539266A001; this solicitation is a request for quotation. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-34 and Defense DCN 20090115. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561410. The business size standard is $6 million. The Federal Supply Class (FSC) is R603. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 7338. Travis Air Force Base intends to award a sole source requirement for cell salvage system and autotransfusion on call 24/7 services. Performance period 1 Oct 09- 30 Sep 10. See the attached "Sole Source Justification" The following provisions and/or clauses apply to this acquisition.
