- RECOVERY PER FAR 5.7, THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO THE CONTRACTOR UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER: W91278-09-D-0034, Phillips Contracting Co., Inc. This IDIQ contract was competitively awarded under FAR Part 14 procedures. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers plans to award a Firm-Fixed Task Order (task order 0004) to Phillips Contracting, Co., Inc. to perform critical maintenance and repair of dikes upland and dredged material disposal areas and associated structures on Aberdeen Lake, impacted by continuing sediment problems.
