Vessel(s) Required: Request voyage charter for a US or foreign flag self-sustaining vessel to move approximately 1,250 TEUs. Vessel must have a laden air draft less than 135 feet. Vessel to carry 1,250 TEU's at no more than 40,000 lbs. a piece plus room for segregation. In accordance with the Cargo Preference Act of 1904 and Section IIIA.3 of the Voluntary Intermodal Sealift Agreement (VISA) (see 69 FEDERAL REGISTER 62898, Nov 7, 2007, or most current reference), preference will be given to U.S. flag vessels and VISA participants. 2. Cargo Description: containerized munitions. (See Cargo List attached) Hazardous Material: 1.1E, 1.1f, 1.2.1E, 1.3C, and 1.4S Vessel shall comply with IMDG/CFR49 regulations for carriage of hazardous commodities. Crew must be certified and documented for HAZMAT. 2a. Load: Free In 2b. Discharge: Free Out 3. Load Port (SPOE 1): Chinhae, Korea 4. Laytime: Nineteen (19) days total, SSHINC 5.
