- NSN: 1560-01-035-7969. Item: Door Assembly in accordance with Northorp Grumman (Cage 76823), Part Number: 6-10725-15. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, please do not submit requests. This procurement is unrestricted and is sole source to Northorp Grumman (Cage 76823). Any manufacturer, other than Northorp Grumman (Cage 76823), wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 11 each. The requested delivery schedule is 135 days after receipt of order. FOB point is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance point will be at Origin. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. This item is a Critical Application Item and Configuration Control applies to this NSN. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) and Past Performance Automated System (PPIRS_SR) applies. Price and ABVS score will be equally weighted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be October 2, 2009 with a closing date of November 2, 2009.
