- SOLICITATION for SERVICES Provide Janitorial Services for the West Palm Beach Air Traffic Control Tower (ATCT), West Palm Beach, Florida. The work includes, but is not limited to, ensure the cleanliness of the facility, trash removal and proper ground maintenance as outlined in the Scope of work and Specifications of the contract. The FAA anticipates award of a contract for a base period and four one-year options. Issue date for solicitation: September 28, 2009Due date for offers: October 16, 2009 at 4:00 pm. Estimated start date for performance: November 2, 2009 This acquisition is 100% set-aside for service-disabled veterans owned small businesses (SDVOSB) within a 100-mile radius. Loans are available under the DOT Short Term Lending Program (STLP) at prime interest rates to provide accounts receivable financing. The maximum line of credit is $750,000.
