- The Army Contracting Command, Contracting Center of Excellence (CCE), on behalf of the U.S. Resources and Programs Agency intends to issue a solicitation for the equipment, tools, and non-personal services required to host the FOIA-Privacy-Records Management Conference, as an unrestricted requirement. NAICS code 721110 with a size standard of $7 million. Under this requirement, the Contractor shall provide audio-visual services, meeting rooms, shuttle service, setup and break-down of all tables chairs and service areas. A firm-fixed price type contract is contemplated. The period of performance is Sunday, 15 November 2009 through Wednesday 18 November, 2009. The majority of the work will performed in the National Capitol Region. All prospective offerors must have a Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) code and be registered with the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov. This will be an electronic solicitation release. Interested small businesses may download a copy of the solicitation at Army Single Face to Industry (ASFI) Acquisition Business Website -- https://acquisition.army.mil/asfi; reference W91WAW-09-T-0202. No hard copies will be mailed. A written Request for Quotes (RFQ) will be posted on or about 28 September 2009 for download on the FedBizOpps website Title: FOIA-Privacy-Records Management Conference. No paper copies of the solicitation will be issued. All amendments to the solicitation will be posted to this FedBizOpps website. Contractors are cautioned to check this website for amendments. No solicitation mailing list will be complied. The contractor is responsible for all costs for producing and mailing their proposal.
