This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-35, July 14, 2009. This acquisition is set-aside 100% Small Business. This is fixed price procurement and requirements will be procured using commercial item procedures. A best value award selection will be made based on price and other factors in accordance with FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items. Upon award the Government will issue a purchase order to selected Offeror. Requirement: Overhaul Engine Model # 550F In accordance with Manufacture Specifications to include:TCM CylindersNew Slick Magneto'sNew Harness,Inner Cylinder BafflingNon-congealing oil coolerIntegral oil pump with spin on oil filterIntegral alternator mountOverhauled engine must be test run, with test run data supplied with engine. $ _________________ Estimated Shipping/Handling* offered FOB, 4405 Lear Court, Anchorage, Alaska 99502. Offeror to provide shipping crate and pre-pay all shipping charges, reasonable actual charges will paid by the government when invoiced and back up document provided as proof of actual shipping/freight charges. $________________ TOTAL$______________________ Offered Date of delivery: _________________________ Warranty: Overhaul work shall include vendor's standard commercial warranty, as part of their offer. All warranty work shall be FOB, Anchorage, Alaska. Warranty exchange shall be on an FOB, Anchorage, Alaska basis. Warranty work requiring removal and reinstallation of engine from airframe shall be at the contractor's expense. The cost of removal and re-installation (due to warranty work) shall be deducted from amount due to vendor or reimbursed as part of the warranty provision. Quote shall also contain all other documentation specified herein. Offerors quote is acceptance of all terms, conditions and provisions included in the solicitation. Facsimile and electronic mail quotes will be accepted.Period of Acceptance for Quotes: The Offeror agrees to hold the prices in its quote firm for 90 calendar days from the date specified for receipt of quotes, unless another time period is stated in an addendum to the solicitation.
