Repair Windows Headquarters Area/Major Repairs to 3rd Marine Headquarter Battalion, Building 1087, and Install AC System at 3rd Marine Battalion Headquarter, Building 1087, at Marine Corps Base Hawaii, Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. HI0911M, Repair Building 1087 Description of Work: Work includes the following and incidental related work: Repair spalls at building exterior. Replace all windows and frames and strengthen structure to mitigate blast forces at glazing. Paint building exterior and interior. Replace all interior doors. Replace existing floor coverings. Repair restrooms; remove and replace all plumbing fixtures (and piping as required), toilet accessories, and toilet partitions. Repair restroom walls and install new ceramic tile wainscot and flooring. Electrical repairs include replacing all switches, receptacles, and light fixtures; relocate main panels A, B, and C, existing water cooler to remain; replace main distribution panel and pad mounted transformer; and removal and replacement of any remaining lead covered wiring. Paint interior ceilings. Provide seismic upgrades. Replace roofing and flashing. HI0912R, Install Air Conditioning Building 1087: Work includes the following and incidental related work: Installation of split unit air conditioning at offices only with dedicated electrical panel. Installation of suspended acoustical ceiling at corridors. Civil AT/FP improvements include installation of a controlled perimeter, removal of parking in the required clear zone, and installation of a secure trash enclosure.
