- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Government intends to award a sole source contract for replacement and installation of various parts of target training area to SAAB Training USA LLC. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation Number W912CN-09-T-1081 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The incorporated document provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulation update FAC 2005-36 and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement update DCN 20090825. The North American Industry Classification Systems (NAICS) code is 541990. The business size standard is 500 employees. The Contract Line Item is CLINs 0001 through 0015 Parts, Target. A firm fixed price contract is anticipated. Contractor to provide repair and replacement parts in support of target training area at Schofield Barracks, Hawaii scheduled for the period 26 Oct 2009 30 Oct 2009, or as coordinated with Government point of contact. Contract services require the Contractor to provide one (1) 0001 Target Holder, 3D, 3 Each, (2) 0002 Hit Sensor Kit BT 18 SIT, 50 Each, (3) 0003 Window Modification Kit, 200 Each, (4) Adapter Board, Target, 20 Each, (5) Push Button Cable, 20 Each, (6) Main Board BT 18 SIT, 10 Each, (7) Gasket, 2 Each, (8) Indicating Paper, 1 Each, (9) Lamp, Halogen 12V, 20W, 50 Each, (10) Thermal Kit, SAT, 30 Each, (11) Thermal Tank Target, 30 Each, (12) Sit Cable, Thermal Foil, 184 Each, (13) Thermal Panel, Infantry Kit FAT IVAN, 184 Each, (14) Installation 1 Lot, (15) Travel 1 Lot.
