- THIS AWARD NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER THE MEDICAL REPAIR/RENEWAL (MRR) PROGRAM. The intent of this project is to renovate and modernize three areas within the main hospital building. This work is intended to improve the environment of care, to provide facility compliance with current regulations and standards, and to meet the safety requirements of current health standards. Sub-Project 1 (OSD Project #104): Renovate approximately 7,127 square feet (sf) of existing space, currently housing the In-patient Records/Patient Administration Division, into more effective functional administrative space for the Clinical Operations Division. Sub-Project 2 (OSD Project #103): Renovate approximately 2,679 sf of existing space, currently housing the Out-patient Records, into more effective functional clinical space for the Population Health Clinic. Sub-project 3 (OSD Project #102): Renovate approximately 3,128 square feet (sf) of the existing Pediatric Clinic space into more effective functional clinical space to better facilitate care requirements. In accordance with Section 803 Evaluation Requirements, the evaluation consensus board (using the evaluation criteria identified in the RFP) determined John J. Kirlin Special Projects, LLC as the best value contractor to perform the services.
