- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, transportation, supervision, and other support needed to provide SPARE CANOPY TOPS (MATERIAL ONLY), 18 EACH at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas in accordance with the specifications outlined herein. This is a commercial acquisition. Contract Line Item Number(s) (CLINs) for this solicitation are as follows: CLIN 0001 Canopy Shade Top, 15'x31', 4 post structure, Hip Style, Color: Beige Material: UV stabilised high density polyethylene; monofilament yarn and tape construction, lock-stitch knitted pattern; roll width of 3m and roll length of 50m. Quantity - three (3). Unit of issue - each. Delivery required within 30 days ARO to BMTS/TSR, 2631 GARY AVE BLDG 5189, Lackland AFB. CLIN 0002 Canopy Shade Top, 22'x24', 4 post structure, Pyramid Style, Color: Beige Material: UV stabilised high density polyethylene; monofilament yarn and tape construction, lock-stitch knitted pattern; roll width of 3m and roll length of 50m.
