- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER W91YTZ-09-M-L143. This is a notice of the Governments intent to solicit, negotiate and award a sole source (Note 22) contract to DATASCOPE CORPORATION for a VITAL SIGN MONITOR based on urgency. This is not a set-aside for small business.
