- The contractor shall furnish all materials, equipment and labor required to provide waste removal services at Pine Bluff Arsenal. Services include removal/disposal of waste water from car wash pit, removal/disposal of paint waste, removal/diposal of waste from carburator cleaner and replacement of clean solvent, removal of used oil from tanks, and removal/disposal of liquid waste solvent from 3 each parts cleaning vats. Period of Performance is 12 months with four option years. A site visit will be conducted. Request for Proposal W911RP-09-T-0168 will be issued on or about 24 Sept 2009 with a closing date on or about 01 Oct 2009. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set Aside.
