- Final Approved J&A Redacted - Nikon Camera This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This combined synopsis/solicitation is issued as a brand name request for quote (RFQ) and is being issued as 100% full and open. Approved redacted brand name Justification and Approval (J&A) is attached. The solicitation document, incorporated provision and clauses are those in effect through the Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-36, Effective 10 Sep 2009. All responsible sources offering the Nikon Brand name equipment stated below may submit a quotation which shall be considered. Prospective offerors must be CCR registered and must complete the ORCA on-line representation or provide a copy of their representation and certification as required by FAR Clause 52.212-3. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423410 1. Description: The required brand name items are as listed below: 1) Nikon D3 camera bodies (41 each) 2) Nikon D3x camera bodies (9 each) 3) Nikon AF-S VR 70-200mm f/2.8 lenses (57 each) 4) Nikon AF-S 14-24mm f/2.8 lenses, f/2.8 lenses (50 each) 5) Nikon Normal Macro 60mm f/2.8D AF Micro Nikkor Autofocus lenses (4 each) 6) Nikon 200-400mm f/4 G-AFS ED-IF VR Autofocus telephoto zoom lenses (16 each) 7) Nikon WT-4a Wireless Transmitter (1 each), 8) Nikon Capture NX-2 Photo Editing Software packages (4 each) 9) Nikon Software Color Efex Pro 3.0 Complete Edition (1 each) 10) Nikon SB-900 Electronic Flash Units (64 each) 11) Nikon SD9 Battery Packs for SB-900 flash units (64 each) 12) Nikon SC-28 TTL Off-Camera Shoe Cords (16 each) NOTE: Potential bidders must warrant that they are an authorized Nikon distributor. In addition, all products must be manufacturer new. All Nikon products must be sourced either directly from Nikon or from an authorized Nikon distributor and include the full Nikon warranty and are supportable via Nikon's warranty and support. All Nikon warranties must convey to the US Air Force. Prices must be submitted based on FOB Destination prices. 2. Delivery: 30 DAYS ARO FOB Destination 3. EVALUATION: Award will be based on the lowest price quote providing the requested Nikon brand products. 4. Delivery Location: Multiple Locations within Air Combat Command; distribution list wil be provided via separate amendment to the synopsis. 5.
