- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. YOU MAY FAX OR MAIL YOUR REQUEST. (EMAIL: ruth.ferguson@us.army.mil ) RFP will be issued to RANTEC POWER SYSTEMS, INC., 1173 LOS OLIVOS AVENUE, LOS OSOS, CA 93402-3230 (cage code 60132). This proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one, or a limited number of sources. Suggest that small business firms, or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with this procurement, make contact with the firm(s) listed. PRON: D19H3170, NOUN: Power Supply, PN: 11480839, NSN: 6130-01-532-5057. The current known quantity for this item is 30. This acquisition covers potential requirements for five (5) years for a total maximum quantity of 70. Orders will be issued one or more times as requirements materialize. However, this does not preclude the Government from ordering the maximum quantity at any time during the requirements period. This proposed acquisition requires a quantity of (1) one Government Tested First Article be submitted for acceptance testing. Destination to be The Delivery Schedule is 290 days after receipt of order (ARO), 100 days to produce first article; 90 days tests; 100 production quantities. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation; however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. Destination to be furnished. Offerors must be approved and qualified. Foreign Firms are reminded that all requests for solicitation must be processed through their respective embassies. The Government does not possess sufficient documentation to acquire this item from other than the qualified sources. A technical data package, which defines all engineering and quality requirements, is not available. All responsible sources may submit a bid/proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by this agency, request solicitation package from address above, ATTN: DSCR-AHC, FAX Number 256-876-6628. Drawings, specifications, or other technical data are not available and will not be furnished.
