Description: This Amendment clarifies the requirements for SF 330 submittals related to this Synopsis/Solicitation. The previous Amendment stipulated only SF 330 Pt II's were required for submission in response to this Synopsis/Solicitation. Due to the nature of this procurement it has been determined BOTH Part I and Part II of the SF 330 are required. The Response date to this Synopsis/Solicitation has been extended to October 2, 2009.
